Cyberweb এর শর্তাবলী

Cyberweb কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানের অফিসিয়াল বিক্রেতা নয়। আমরা বিভিন্ন বিক্রেতা থেকে লাইসেন্স ক্রয় করে পুনরায় বিক্রি করি।

১. লাইসেন্স ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা:

প্রতিটি লাইসেন্সের জন্য আলাদা ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করা থাকে।
ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে লাইসেন্সে সমস্যা হলে আমরা লাইসেন্স পরীক্ষা করব।
ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে লাইসেন্সে সমস্যা থাকলে আমরা তা পরিবর্তন করে দেব।
ক্রেতার ডিভাইসের কারণে লাইসেন্স এক্টিভেশনে সমস্যা হলে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবে না।

২. অন্যান্য সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা:

প্রতিটি সার্ভিসের জন্য আলাদা ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করা থাকে।
ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে সার্ভিসে সমস্যা হলে তা সমাধান করা হবে। প্রতিকূল পরিস্থিতিতে সময়ের বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের বাইরে অথবা ক্রেতার ডিভাইসের কারণে সমস্যা হলে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবে না।

৩. প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি:

আমাদের সার্ভিসগুলো ডিজিটাল হওয়ায় সকল প্রোডাক্ট ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
অবশ্যই সঠিক ইমেইল প্রদান করে অর্ডার করুন। ভুল ইমেইল দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

৪. ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্ট প্রদানের পদ্ধতি:

ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালে ক্রেতার সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে (রিমোট) ভাবে সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে। ক্রেতার ডিভাইসে (TeamViewer) অথবা (Anydesk) থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত দেখে অর্ডার করুন।
প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত ব্যতীত কোন মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৫. পেমেন্ট পলিসি:

Cyberweb যেকোন সময় যেকোন তথ্য/শর্ত পরিবর্তন করার ক্ষমতা রাখে।

উক্ত শর্তগুলো মেনে নিয়ে আপনি অর্ডার করতে যাচ্ছেন। শর্ত ব্যতীত কোন মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

Terms and Conditions of Cyberweb

Cyberweb is not an official reseller of any company. We purchase licenses from various vendors and resell them.

1. License Warranty Policy:

Each license has a separate warranty period.
We will test the license if there is a problem with the license within the warranty period.
If there is a problem with the license within the warranty period, we will replace it.
The warranty will not be effective if the problem is due to the buyer’s device.

2. Other Services Warranty Policy:

Each service has a separate warranty period.
If there is a problem with the service within the warranty period, it will be resolved. There may be delays in adverse circumstances.
The warranty will not be effective if the problem occurs outside the warranty period or due to the buyer’s device.

3. Product Delivery Method:

Since our services are digital, all products are delivered via email.
Please make sure to provide the correct email address when ordering. In case of providing a wrong email address, contact us.

4. Warranty Support Method:

In case of problems during the warranty period, support will be provided remotely. The buyer is required to have TeamViewer or Anydesk on their device.
Order after checking the details of each product.
No comments will be accepted without the details of the product.

5. Payment Policy:

Cyberweb reserves the right to change any information/condition at any time.
